I know B2 is an old tale already, but I decided to revive it (it was down for some year or two, never had time to go back to it)
Now I'm thinking how I could bring it not only back to life, but to glory.
I have some questions to you guys, and I will be grateful for any responses.
Has anyone tried to install kernel 3.2 on B2?
Is there any official linux-3.2 package? I can see stuff here:
http://b3.update.excito.org/pool/main/l/linux/ (kernels for powerpc, but on the other hand the repo is for B3)
Does moving to Wheezy make sense in your opinion?
Thanks a lot in advance, I will be grateful for any comments.

B2 upgrades
Re: B2 upgrades
The B2 and B3 software development has merged, so they're currently the same version. Check the Software Releases forum for more info.
The B2 using a different CPU, the issues may be different, but at present a uboot issue is causing every kernel >3.0 not to boot on B3. A solution is expected with the upcoming kernel 3.15. It will probably take some time though - if ever - for a new bubba-kernel ≥ 3.15 to be released.

Re: B2 upgrades
How about B2? Does kernel 3.x work fine there?
Is manual upgrade to wheezy worthwhile in your opinion?
Thanks!
