Dreambox recording on B2

Hello All,

I have connected my dreambox sat receiver to my B2. But recording gives some troubles.
The line below is in the logging of the Samba deamon.

read_data: read failure for 4 bytes to client 192.168.1.236. Error = Connection reset by peer

what could possibly cause this?

Problem is solved... The dreambox was with his Web-interface connected to the internet (because i am often from home i still like to program my favorite programs).

I saw 10-12 chinese trying to hack into my Dreambox.....
Closing this port to the outer world solved the problem..

Its sad that this had to be done...

Maybe someone can help me. I would like to mount my Bubba Two on my dreambox in order to record directly on it (or to transfer files)

Can someone tell me how to fill the various fields (see attached picture)

I dont have my Dreambox any more to give you a screenshot.

But it was easy:
just entered:
Type = SAMBA
Client = <empty> or a map on your Dreambox
Server Dir = storage
Remote host = ip-of bubba
user = username of someone with access to bubba
password = belinging to the user

Does it show some error message, or it simply doesn't work?

Just a guess: Perhaps you should use /home/user (note the leading slash)?

it works, i had a Dreambox 600 from april to oktober. I recorded everything
to the bubba2 ...worked perfectly.
Now i have a Azbox for as HD receiver (the DM600 is not HD).

It could be the image he is using: i had the image Pli Jade 3 on mu DM600
