apache malfunction?

Hi,
It seems that the java files used by apache to serve the download pages have disapeared.
[Mon Mar 02 23:43:58 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.13] File does not exist: /home/web/java, referer: http://bubba/
That's what I've found in /var/log/apache2/error.log

Is there any solution, apart from waiting for a lenny upgrade, to recover from this?
