If this is on the website, I apologize, I could not find it. What is the shipping and handling cost of destinations in the USA (east coast)?
Add an old bubba to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, pick USA as country and you'll find the shipping fee. Perhaps not the most logical way to find such information... 
Anyway, to the US of A it's 40 EUR, that's just below 60 USD.
As the the B2 has more or less the same size and wight as the B1, I assume that the shipping fee will be more or less the same....
