Dead bubba?

Post by Filius »

Hi,

Last night I turned my bubba off by holding the powerbutton. When it had powered down I unplugged the cables, and moved it a few yards.

Plugged the network and power back in. Pushed the button, and.... nothing. No led, no hd, no lan-port light. No activity. Tried holding the button for a while, nothing.

I have verified that the cable gives evectricity, it works on another device.

In short, the bubba died. Just randomly? Anyone else had this problem? Or have any hints?

This sounds strange, you are sure that the PSU (the small device between bubba and the wall) still works? Let me know and we'll solve it as swiftly as we can. (Also, usually [email protected] is a quicker channel for support).

All the best,

Cheers!

I managed to get a hold on another 12v 3a adapter with the same plug. Plugged it in, and low and behold! The bubba sprang to life :)

I have now purchased a new one at Clas Ohlson and Im back in busines! ;)

Thanks for fast reply!
