Hi there
I have just connected my Bubba Two and im trying to go through the upgrade procedure, with no luck.
The download indicator says that 12 / 12 files are downloaded and then the text 'bubba-apt update' exited 25600 shows, after a while there is a new message says "error, couldnt connect to server, this is probably due to temporary shutdown of the webserver during upgrade, please be patient, will retry communication in x seconds..." and then it just loops like this.
Is there any specific ports that needs to be open besides 80 ?
Any suggestions?
Mikael

Problems upgrading my new Bubba Two
Re: Problems upgrading my new Bubba Two
I found that the Bubba had rebooted successfully but just not re-established communication with my browser. Close browser and reopen it (when the Bubba light has stopped flashing) and you should be fine.

The "'bubba-apt update' exited 25600" indicates a problem, which might need some manual inspections through SSH.
If you have access to the bubba via ssh, can you reply with the output of "dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii", which will tell us which package might have gone wrong. Also it can be useful for us to know if you have made any manual changes to the system, like changing the default mysql password, or installed some external packages etc...
We are working on now to implement such safeguards to minimize system disruption such as this, so all input might be helpful.

Re: Problems upgrading my new Bubba Two
I have a similar problem during upgrade to 1.2 using the web interface. The upgrade ran without any problems until 99.6% .

My bubba is working in the router/server mode. For the moment no reboot has been done and routing from lan to wan is still functionnal as well as internet access (I am posting from lan right now).Error, couldn't connect to server; This is probably due to a temporary shutdown of the webserver during upgrade. Please be patient. Will retry communication in 5 seconds
