can't access bubba2 with putty

I'm trying to access my Bubba2 via Putty but have no success...

In putty I enter Bubba as host an port nr 22.
I then get the terminalwindow and the text "login as:"
I then enter my username and click return.
I then get the text "Using keyboard-interactive authentication. Password:"
I then enter my password and get the following text "Acess denied. Using keyboard-interactive authentication. Password:"

I can log on to my bubba webb-ui with my username and password so I know that they are correct. I've also tried the admin name and password without sucess.

Any ideas someone?

Have you enabled SSH access in the user config interface part of the user in question?
