messed up the images for the web-interface

Post by TheEagleCD »

Mmm, I just realized that the web-interface is doing some weird things.

When I'm logged in as a user and move the mouse cursor over the "downloads" link the image is replaced by the highlighted "services" (button_services_on.png) image while my "filemanager" image is replaced by the highlighted download image.

Being logged in as the admin the filemanager link has the same behaviour while the "users" image is missing even though the button_users_* images are the /web-admin/images folder like they're supposed to.

It seems as though I somehow messed up that left frame or something even though I swear I didn't touch it during my ventures yesterday.

Anyway, as I'm assuming that nobody else is having that issue I'd love to hear how I can get that frame back to normal.

Thanks,
Christoph

Hi TheEagleCD,

It sounds like something has happened to your nav.php file. Exactly what has went wrong i must admit that i dont get. But compare the nav page against the original. There have to be some differences there. A thought is that the user check for admin or a normal user is somehow faulty. But that is just a guess.

Hi TheEagleCD,

Before you start changing anything, try to empty your cache or access the interface with another browser. Are the images still mixed ?

Thanks for the replies guys!

bubbalibre was actually spot on, after emptying the cache things are now working smoothly again. Plus with IE6 I didn't bump into the issue at all.

Cheers,
Christoph
