I have my Bubba up and runnig quite good now. Firefly works ok and so does Mediatomb. But my BIG question is: how do I use Mediatomb from Windows?
I just can't find any software that uses it.
Someone says VLC does the trick, but I don't know how to get it running. Do I use a stream???

... so far I only found iTunes as streaming client ... but thats firefly (also installed on bubba). For Mediatomb I didn't find any windows based client. And VLC I also didn't get working.
I just found XBMC. A program that started as a solution for the XBox, but it has been migrated to other platforms as well.
I can't get it to see MediaTomb though.... VERY frustrating
