SSH root login fail

I purchase an B3 Software version 2.6.0.2. My old arm is a snake os arm, now I want more power
I must to modify mysql.cnf for wan access. I must insert # on bind-address. I need to login by root, but the password excito not working.

Sorry I find the solution... I log on with a working user and than I type su - and pwd excito...

I don't know very well this world. I'm a windows system administrator and I'm learning Linux.

Yes, on the native bubba software, admin is not allowed ssh access by default.
