Power supply dead

Hi all,

My bubba died last night.

In fact it's the electric power supply.
No more light on the power supply, no more light on the bubba box.
I bought it less than 6 months ago.

I tried to replace it with an older power supply. Same voltage but less Amperes, i.e. 1000 ma instead of 2500 ma. Light went on on the box but the box didn't start. I think the current is not enough to power the hard drive correctly.

I will try to find a similar power supply.

Any advice ?

Hi jmv,

Contact support and we will ship you a new one. This is covered by the warranty.

(And if you replace the powersupply it has to be at least 2000, preferably 2500, since that is needed to spin up the harddrive)
