Not Able to Access B3 in browser

Post by Bradford »

Hi - I am not able to access my B3 in a browser or in any other way that I know of. I have tried to re-install/reset the software back to factory (reboot w/usb drive), but the WIFI ID stays the same after the re-install, so I'm guessing that it isn't working.

My B3 was used on a project where access was secured/changed to the point where I can't access it (it was used on an outdoor marketing project prior to my ownership) and I don't have access to what those setting might be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We need much more information here to be able to say anything at all. How is the B3 connected to the network? How is the computer trying to reach it connected? How is the network set up? Just give us a general picture...

If you do a re-install and you want to make sure all data is deleted you should edit the file bubba.cfg on the install image. make sure format is set to 1 and partition is also set to 1. This makes sure the entire hdd is formatted and repartitioned.

Hope this answered your question.
