Startup scripts on boot

I just managed to install Deluged daemon service (deluged) and it's webUI (deluge-web) on my B3. The problem is that I have absolutely no idea how to write a startup script for init.d so for now it's manual starting the app on boot. What I really want is to make them auto-start every time.

Basically this commands needs to be executed:

deluged && deluge-web&

Can somebody help me setting this scripts up?

sudo cp /etc/init.d/skeleton /etc/init.d/deludeged
sudo chmod 755 /etc/init.d/deludeged
sudo vi /etc/init.d/deludeged

(Or use your favourite editor.)
It will have everything you need as a template.. (and more...)
Of course, test carefully. Take special care of the dependencies in the comments in the beginning of the file.

I made this to start smsd (for sending and receiving text messages using a 3G dongle) using the skeleton file.
This thing I wanted to implement was not really written to be running as a proper daemon, so I had to take some precautions... Look at the start-stop-daemon arguments, you will see that there are a lot of things having to be specified there that a proper daemon should take care of itself....
This is just supplied as an example, and obviously it is based on the rather excellent skeleton file...
And you will probably not have to tweak it as much as I had to...
