Hi,

Got the dreaded flashing LED's and rescue disk didn't work.

Any tips on removing the disk from the machine?

I have got the PCB out but the disk seems to be stuck to the case!

The rails the disk is mounted on are probably bent out to keep it in place. You just need a pair of pliers or similar to pry it out.
