Help: A easy Howto for VPN into own B3 network?

Hi,

Is there someone who has an easy Howto so I can make an VPN connection to go to my own network from work? Im planning on being a HDhomerun, but it only works inside your own network.

I have tried the two I could finde in Howtos but I couldn't get it to work :-(
