Change RAM memory from 512MB to 1GB

Is it possible - or even advisable - to change the RAM memory in the B3 from 512MB to 1GB ?
Would that improve the performance ?

Sorry, but short answer is no, not possible. (it is possbile but very difficult, it requires advanced soldering skills and equipment, as well as some low-level software work to get it to work).
