Hi,
I was using SUN/Solaris for 10 year 15+ years ago (as a end user), but since then it have only been Windows. Does anyone have a good book to recommend so that I can get going as an administrator for Debian/B3?
I managed for follow instructions to set-up a IPv6 tunnel but basically I only followed the tutorial, I did not understand what I did. Before doing more stuff I would like to know read and learn a bit.
All proposals are welcome!
Best Regards,
Morgan

Re: Debian Administrator for Dummies?
Hi All,
FYI
A while ago I bought the book “Pro Linux System Administration” (from Apress). I find it very useful with a lot of good explanation and description of how to do stuff.
It is focusing on the Red Hat and Ubuntu distributions, but since Ubuntu is based on Debian most of the stuff one can use straight off.
