Is it possible to use Excito b3 as DHCP server and connect a switch to the lan port for auto assign of addresses to the connections to the switch?

So all devices connected to the switch---> b3 will get unique ips created by the b3?

If you set your B3 as DHCP server any machine on the network (LAN and WLAN) that asks a IP-adress gets one from your B3 regardless of the number of switches, access-points etc. between the B3 and the machine.
