I have seen mentioned that the pgp option is not visible if i log in using norwegian.
I have tried english, the pgp option should be at Horde -> Options -> Mail -> PGP Options , but its not there..
I do logins using https.

just checking
The changelog for Horde's IMP mailer (https://github.com/horde/horde/blob/mas ... cs/CHANGES) says
Solution: manually upgrade horde to the latest version. Not super-easy, but definitely doable if you carfully read and follow the installation instructions, which are generally quite good for the whole horde framework. I'd suggest switching to roundcube while you're at it, but roundcube does not have pgp encryption available at this moment.

This is listed for the 4.2 release candidate, suggesting PGP encryption is only available from this point on (unless asymmetric encryption was supported before this). AFAIK bubbas do not run IMP > 4.2 s(but im not sure)..If both these assumptions are true then bubbas edition of horde cannot do pgp encryption out-of-the-box."[jan] Add support for symmetric PGP encryption (Requires Horde 3.2)."
