In theory, yes, as it just uses the SMB protocol to connect.

I bought a wd tv live and I can connect to the bubba2 and watch videos, pictures and listen to mp3's etc.
It works a treat. Richt now my grandson is watching shaun the sheep.

I just got a WDTV Live, and it appears to be working fine with my Bubba 2. I'm still working out some details (like playing ogg vorbis files).
