100% MySQL CPU Usage

I've just put a new drive in my Bubba 2, and it's been chattering away for the last couple of days. I ran top on it, and mysql is using 96.5% of the CPU, has been doing for over 24 hours. Mediatomb seems to be high too, but not anywhere near as bad as MySQL.

I've copied some music and photos onto Bubba, (150gb's worth) could that be causing the high CPU while it indexes?

Presumably I could just uninstall Mediatomb if I'm not using it?

I experienced the same thing. It's definitely related to Mediatomb indexing your files. Mine ran for more than 24 hours before I killed it. I disabled Mediatomb as I don't use it anyway.

I have also changed the disk.
380G, took 8 hours to transfer and it was completed for two hours ago.
So you should not have these CPU % so long, here is mine..
