Hi,
When I installed my Bubba2 in my network my Wireless Router became a wireless access point. To afford this Netgear recommended to set a static IP adress on its wireless interface. In order to avoid duplicated IP adresses in my network I want to exclude this IP adress from the adresses that Bubba2's DHCP server use. Can anyone help me with this? How and where is the adress range for the DHCP server defined?
Regards,
/Peter

Exclude IP adress from DHCP server
Re: Exclude IP adress from DHCP server
Hi,
Several ways to do it. Simplest is to go to the Network tab > LAN and change the IP range of the DHCP leases, then make sure your WiFi AP has one outside that range.
Other way would be to tell it to always issue the same IP to the WiFi but that takes a little more fiddling andI don't think it can be done from the GUI.
