Well, I knew the IP address before I rebooted the router. After I rebooted the router, I could not reach my B3 via its IP address.
I haven't been trying to reach any 'b3' name, as I do not care so much for DNS resolution on my LAN.
Please note the new address for this forum : forum.excito.org. The old address redirects here but I don't know for how long. Thanks !

DHCP behind unreliable router
Hello.
I'm using B3 behind a router that gets unreliable once every two months or so, the cable signal being sometimes weak for reasons outside my control.
When that happens, once every two months, I reboot the router, and lose all DHCP info in the router. And my B3 box gets lost at this point ...

Re: bubba aptitude and maven 3
Well, not only. I was essentially searching at the best way to hook in non-stable Debian packages than specifically worrying about maven 3. Maven 3 was just a showcase... Thanks anyway.

Pin-Priority: 500

bubba aptitude and maven 3
Hi.
I've got a small question, or rather 'request for advice' when it comes to how well bubba3 (recently acquired) plays with aptitude. My use case is simply that I wish to pull in the debian package for maven 3, which is in experimental. Which means tweaking the /etc/apt/sources.list.d files.

Re: B3 software update
It's always to version your /etc files anyhow. git does this just fine as long as you manage the access rights properly.
