After going trough 20 articles on the same subject and not finding the solution in any of the tips I finally tested what I should have started with, a restart of the B2. After that all worked like a charm.

Sorry about that, I have updated the post. For me it seemed more confusing with the IPs instead of the explanations for what they are 
As I describe I can reach all resources on Bubba from the clients. So yes I can ping Bubba from the clients.
