I have upgraded as well.
I did have an issue with "/" being owned by the "excito" user rather than "root".
Probably due to my own error when doing the original install back in 2017.
After fixing this the upgrade went smooth.

Hello I use the new kernel 4.9.135-1, and on my b3 I have worked hard to use it a a server in a cluster serving distributed filesystem. I first tryed to use Glusterfs, but no hope on the b3 there is a memory management error. Glusterfs server works well on armhf, but on B3 I cannot make it work.

I just tried your arch image, and the boot up went flawlessly. I have had some difficulties to connect, but after some time of trying, with the usual RTFM! where I found that changeme was not the root password!

I replaced the kernel from bubba3-kernel by my kernel and everything works fine. I have nfsd4, so my B3 is now a true NAS, and works fine. I have also IO accounting so iotp works fine too.
