Wow limpo, that's a very full installation you have there.
There has been some discussion on this forum about SpamAssassin being too heavy for the Bubba, do you have any feedback on performance, memory usage, etc with your setup?
NFS is for transferring files between Linux machines, so it's not going to help you much with Vista.
I have similar slow update problems with my wife's Windows XP laptop. It is not helping my campaign to sell her the benefits of a Bubba based home network. My knowledge of M$ operating systems is ...
It certainly seems like SpamAssassin would be too heavy for the Bubba, but I haven't had a chance to look at the alternatives yet. I would certainly be interested in seeing what is possible.
I just loaded the update & am listening to my music streaming to the Media Player on my Nokia 770. Switch on my Soundbridge & there it is too. Great to see how hard you work at adding functionality and providing good support via the forum. Just keeps getting better & better ...

The man page for Fetchmail says that "options" is a noise keyword and should be ignored by the program. Has anyone else had issues when using ssl to access pop email addresses?
A very elegant solution bubbalibre, I like it! Not only does it deal with the spam issue, but it adds several gigabytes of secure, off-site back-up for my more important emails.
I will set my webhost to forward all mail to the new Gmail account, then POP that from the Bubba. Thanks a lot.
Is there any plan to add a spam filter to the mailserver? Although most of my web hosts do some filtering one of them wants paid extra for it (no good for a Scotsman)
I've added Spamassasin to another machine and know it needs a bit of configuration - I'd hate to mess up the defaults on my ...
Hi guys, I've had my Bubba for a month now & so it's time to start contributing.
I am moving all my email accounts over to the Bubba mailserver to make access easier. So far so good, but when I tried to install my Gmail account which requires the use of SSL nothing happened.
