What checks after power cut

We had a power cut last night so bubba will have been shut down without warning. It seems fine right now but what can I check to make sure nothing bad happened?
the filesystem detects an unclean shutdown and checks the harddrive for inconsistencies at the next startup. If you want to make further checks you'll have to run e2fchk, but this is not trivial as it requires booting up from the minimal image. In reality though I would not worry about this; the linux filesystems are very robust and able to handle hard downs like you experience
