Ilohamail 'user unspecified error'

From time to time I get a 'user unspecified' error when I'm replying to or forwarding an e-mail from within Ilohamail on Bubba. I'm running IE6 and the problem seems to follow no set pattern. I close down the 'problem' e-mail and try again but one the error has occurred I get the same error again. I've googled the problem and on the Ilohamail site the bug is recorded in 2004(!) as: Possible fix for IE6 "User unspecified" bug in compose2.php [0.9 branch]
Do the Bubba developers have a solution?
I see I'm not the only one

Just searched the forum - which I should have done before my last post - and see that someone else has recently had the same error as me. Just to clarify this is nto a new error for me - I've been experiencing this on the Bubba since last August shortly after I installed the unit.

Hi
Unfortunately you did not give us many leads to find the source of your problem. Can you start by
1) stating the *exact* error message
2) repeating the action using another browser (Opera, FIrefox) and a different computer.
thanks

Ubi - sorry - here's a bit moe detail:
1) stating the *exact* error message: User unspecified:
2) repeating the action using another browser (Opera, FIrefox) and a different computer. I have experienced the same error with two different computers, one running XP Pro SP2 IE6 and the other running XP Pro SP2 IE7. I haven't yet experienced the problem with Firefox and don't have Opera installed.
Hope that's enough to go on.
Regards,

You mean you get a blank screen with only those two words and absolutely nothing else??

I get the folder tree down the left hand side and in the field where the send report temporarily appears the two words advised appear until I select 'inbox' or any other function.

Hi,
gavinbailey, it seems like there is some problem with authentication when hitting reply or forward. Im guessing that you do mail composition in a new window? And its that window that gets the error message. An empty white page with the message you mention?
Could you try to change the compose to be "Compose inside frame" and see if that makes any difference? (In Iloha select Options check Compose inside frame and click Apply)
