Is there a limit on how long a torrent link can be?
If I try to start a torrent that has +140 characters in the link, it fails with
an error message saying it's malformed.

It works fine in WinXP though

Hi Quint,

Without checking to deep. An url in the download manager has a limit on 200 characters.

Are you saying that you get a different result when adding the torrent from a Windows machine than from some other operating system?

With 0.51.2 this torrent downloaded almost immediately for me. I am using IE7 and Vista, I save the .torrent file downloads directly from IE7 via a samba share to the torrent directory on my Bubba. FTD picks them up from there and downloads them automatically. In fact the one above being only 4.6MB had downloaded by the time I have surfed from this page onto my Bubba download page.

(Not a great fan of manga though  )

That seems to work perfectly, thanks for the tip.
I still can't get it to work through the interface though
