Bubba perpetually rebooting

This is my first post, even although I've had a Bubba server for ages.
So hello!

Anyway, onto business.....
For no apparent reason my Bubba server one day decided to reboot. And then reboot. And reboot ad infinitum. the little red LED is busy flashing away as I type this message.

I do not recall having changed anything. I'm a complete Linux newbie so, to be honest, am afraid to tinker with it. It was basically the boxfresh Bubba.

Tonight I tried reinstalling Debian from USB stick. I tried the normal version, then the mini version. Same problem - it is repeatedly rebooting.

Please - does anyone have any ideas that I can try (not too complex, though given my earlier comments about being a newbie)?

Thanks
Neil

Hi neilboyd,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Bubba :(

This unfortunately sounds like it could be a hardware problem, possibly the power supply. Could you please contact Support@excito and we will see what we can do.
