FTP cannot start

I only use the web interface when configurating the B3 server and I just noticed that the FPT server wasn't running.
If I try to start proftpd manually as root it says:
Starting ftp server: proftpd - warning: unable to determine IP address of 'b3'
- error: no valid servers configured
- Fatal: error processing configuration file '/etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf'
I haven't changed anything from the console. I also checked for updates, but nothing.
I run the server with static IP on "LAN" and no WAN, and the server is in "server only" mode.
Any thoughts?
