Checking the allignment of my WD red with parted, I found that the 4k sector allignment is not done correctly during the initial setup. Is there a manual how to install the B3 with 4K sector allignment? Or are 4K HDDs unsupported?

YOu are right, our installer does not do this optimization correctly. You can do this manually though, but it can be a bit tricky (I think there is a thread about that somewhere, please search this forum). I doubt it will impact performance though, the system has other bottlenecks.

I think it would not impact performance on HDDs however if someone is using SSD it could well impact performance, not immediately but over time.
