New order of B3 from webstore not delivered

I need help from Excito sales team.

I have ordered a second Bubba B3 for my office, 1st one running already since a few months at home.

I have checked parcel delivery with ID.

I would like to file a complaint through website or phone but i do NOT speak Swedish.

Parcel never delivered.

Victory *Day* 1945 or Victoire 1945 - May 8 (*8 May 2014*) is *non*-
*working* day and our
*office* was *closed **from **Wenesday 7th May after working hours to
Friday 9th May 2014* inclusive
Driver didn't take care and never tried to deliver parcel a second time on
next monday.

I also noticed company name is missing on delivery address
so I apologize, but this time I must insist that this issue be resolved.

Hi Olivier,

You shound not apologize, something has obviously gone wrong here. I have asked Fisnik (our logistics guy) to check this up and get back to you ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

According to an email I received this morning from Fisnik,
new parcel is on its way, tracking number emailed to me.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I will keep you informed.

I am happy to say that I received my parcel (new shipment from Excito) yesterday around 14:00

Thanks Excito for excellent customer service.

Seems like the first parcel was stolen, probably by the carrier. We can't know for sure, but this is not uncommon, we have had this before with parcels to France, and Swedish Posten has said it is a known problem with the French mail service.

Anyways, I'm glad you got it now!
