Weird USB issue

Hi all.
Today I 've suddenly started having problem with my USB devices. Looks like some kind of hardware issue, but I don't really know where. Syslog is flooded with the following:
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 35.302936] usb 1-1.1: USB disconnect, device number 15
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 35.541837] usb 1-1.1: new full speed USB device number 16 using orion-ehci
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 36.064063] hub 1-1:1.0: port 1 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 36.070938] usb 1-1.1: USB disconnect, device number 16
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 36.311850] usb 1-1.1: new full speed USB device number 17 using orion-ehci
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 37.600061] hub 1-1:1.0: port 1 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 37.606937] usb 1-1.1: USB disconnect, device number 17
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 37.851839] usb 1-1.1: new full speed USB device number 18 using orion-ehci
Mar 31 20:30:34 b3 kernel: [ 38.880444] hub 1-1:1.0: port 1 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...
Currently the only device connected is my Tellstick Duo, connected directly by cable to B3 (disconnected all other stuff, but I REALLY need the Tellstick working). I don't really know where to continue looking now...

edit: Ok. Tried some more plugging and unplugging and noticed that the power adapter sounds really weird. Lite a high pitched buzzing that shouldn't be there. And when I plug any usb device, for example my Tellstick, the buzzing gets more intense. I get the feeling that the power adapter isn't really healthy any more. Any way to see any stats on that from the B3 software or do I have to onplug it and use my multimeter on it?

Wow. Got new power supply today (how's that for service, eh? Mailed Johannes about the problem yesterday and today I've got a packet in my mailbox...). Plugged in and now everything is working like a charm! It now even seems to handle my other usb devices (which I've had various problems with) correctly now. Can't help wondering if all problems I've had with my B3 (anyone wondering what I mean might look at my earlier posts) have been related to this apparently bad power supply...

Btw, I've now measured on it. It delivers exactly 12V. Unfortunately I have no way of measuring if it's still capable of delivering 3A. Guess I'll simpy put it in the trashbin now.

Thanks again Johannes!

/Daniel

Wow, interesting! I guess it could also be that it emits noise that could interfere with some devices. Good to know for the future anyways, thanks for the information!
