WLAN issue with B3 an HP Laserjet

Hi Folks,
I am having strange issues with my B3 WLAN. I can connect just about every device with no problem. Just with an older HP laserjet 1320nw printer it is not possible. I think I tried every possible channel and configuration (g only; g+n; 20MHz, 40MHz, all channels). It does work fine though with no or with WEP encryption, not with WPA (neither WPA1, WPA2, nor both). On my other router, a Telekom Speedport W700V it works fine with WPA encryption.
Because of this I have set up two WLANs at home, one just being there for the printer, the B3 for ca. 10 other devices. The printer is several years old, but I didnt find anything on the web about connection issues with it.
Any ideas anybody?
