I do not have a B3 box by now, but I think about to buy one.
Lately I heard a podcast about citadel. org and I was
wondering if I could use this on B3, or does B3 already come with something similar installed?

I searched the web, but couldn't find any information about B3 and citadel.

As this is ARM, you need to compile from scratch.
The whole process is documented here: http://www.citadel.org/doku.php?id=installation:source. There's no reason why it should not work, but you might spend some time getting the dependencies sorted out

Has somebody already wrote an instruction how to compile on your PC for
the B3 which is ARM architecture?
