Problems after sync with Unison

I have managed to set up sync between my bubba and my pc even tough I'm new to linux....
I have a big problem though. After my sync, I cant access the synced folder from the built-in web-gui in b3. When I list the files in a console, they all looks ok....
I think it may have something to do with my swedish letters in the filename, because when I set up another test with only standard letters its ok. In my console it only says ? for each swedish letter.
