Media server

I'm not an advanced user and do not have the skills for a lot of the challages I read about on this forum.
I have used my bubba mostly as a simple NAS. i bought annd installed a Digigtal Stream player Lastweek.
Proud and somwhat impressed, it worked at once.
The player recogized Bubbba and some old MP3s, I could find radio stations.
Then suddenly Bubba disappeared from the server list.
I restarted Bubba and nothing happened.
I turned Upnp off and on, then bubba was visable again. But i could not see the files. I have checked that the files are visable in windows in the same folder as before
(Checked with the PS3 and it was the same)
Any ideas ?
