Cant make a RAID with B3 3TB

Hello,
I have a B3 3TB and a Excito S1 3TB
I want to make a RAID with this but when I try it came an ERROR message.
It says:
Converting system to RAID
________________66.67%__________
Error: Not a blockdevice: /usr/sbin/diskmanager disk format /dev/md0 ext3
Whats wrong?
