After a failed update to 2.3.1, I need to re-install my B3. Following the instructions (at wiki.excito.org/wiki/index.php/Re-installing_your_Bubba_Server_/_Bubba2_/_B3) I have downloaded the image (update.excito.net/install/latest/b3/b3-install-2.3.zip) 4 times (to different locations). On each occassion, when I tried to extract the files from the ZIP onto USB, about half way trhough it came up with a "Cannot read file" error.

Is there an issue with the ZIP file?

Yes, it sounds like it, what are you using to open the file with? i.e linux/windows which zip program?
