Backup disk not attached

I formatted a 2TB USB2 disk in the Bubba 2 admin. After formatting I could mount it without problems. I filled in the backup settings and executed a backup that seemed to work fine. But after that no daily backup has been taken. In the backup settings a popup appears "Disk Error. The specified backupdisk is not attached"
I reformatted the disk but the same thing happened after a first succesfull backup. Same dialogue window. ..specified backupdisk not attached. I can connect to the disk via the network Admin/User Share/Storage/Extern and see the automatically created backup folder. A solution anyone?

Strange. Apaprently the backup service fails to mount your disk to make the second job. (It's probably already mounted after the format, when the first job starts).

I suggest you email support@excito.com and include the backup log files, this might help us figure out what's wrong. Logs are found on settings -> logs
