I have noticed a few times that when my Bubba Two have a high load for a few minutes I loose the connection to all my wireless units. It still works with cable.

Have anyone else experinced this behavior from the bubba? Maybe I should use my router as accesspoint and router instead and only use the bubba as a webserver.

I have seen posts similar to yours before.
Try searching for them with your particulars (like log file entries).
The search functionality of this forum is not that great, but you can still search it with google. Here is a simple example of a google query:
