How to activate reverse pointer of our DNS and mail server IP address ? We do reverse pointer entry properly in DNS server for mail server. It is not working ok in outside network

The reverse DNS for outside work is taken care of by the DNS server of your upstream provider, unless you run your own border router. You need to get them to do it for you.
