Bubba 2 Backup issue

I'm running a backup job that should recursively update, but it seems to be taking forever.
So I checked the log file /var/log/backup/... and found a lot of lines like these, basically keeping going on and on it seems.

Code: Select all

INFO 1
. AsyncScheduler: running task synchronously (asynchronicity disabled)

INFO 1
. AsyncScheduler: task completed successfully

INFO 2 86520022430
. Processed volume 1023
Are these the "volumes" the archived files already on the backup disk? Should I just let it go on until it finishes or something else happens?

Thankful for any advise

If this is your initial (first) backup run, it can take very very long, depending the amount of files you are going to backup.

Initial backup of ~20GB of files took about 11 hours for me.

...but there is a issue with backup restore.

I Have been in touch with Excito support and they tell me that there is a problem with gui.
You can't restore a large backup, since the restore gui works only when there are maximum of ~25000 files to be restored on a single backup job. If you have more files in your backup job, the restore function does not list any files to be restored. If you go to your backup folder the files are there. You just can't get them restored with gui.
