from what i gather from the features page this server has many media, file sharing, mail, and calendar software programs built into it out of the box along with a web interface. does it actually come with all of this built in? right now i have an old desktop as a home server running 'ubuntu server' and i know how to manage it all through ssh. is it possible to reinstall the operating system with nothing but an ssh server? if not, is it possible to uninstall the web interface along with all the extra features? all i use on my current machine is Apache, deluge, and ssh. i hate extra clutter and background processes i don't use. i also want to know if it will auto-mount flash drives. im used to doing this manually but i guess it would be a handy feature to have.
thanks.

You may install/remove any software you like using SSH, including the bubba's user interface. I guess it may even be possible if you really know your way around linux systems to install a basic Debian from scratch. On the other hand you may switch most services on or off using the web interface if you don't want them and still run Bubba's software.
