DNS / printer server / root access

Hello,
I just got my bubba II system and it looks pretty good. So, I started to configure it.
However, I could not do the following and I also could find the "how-to" in the user-manuals.
1. How can setup the (primary) DNS service? Can it be done through the web-pages or do I need to configure it through the prompt? BTW. I am not using DHCP server on my bubba. Instead, my cisco router does the DHCP...
2. I would like to do some other stuff (FTP WEB content into the server) for which I need root access. Is the root password somewhere documented as I couldn't find it in the user manual. To me admin <> root...
3. I would like to use print server functionality, but my printer is not attached to the bubba II. instead my printer is connected to the network. Can we do printer server a la CUPS? if yes, how?
Regards,
FPMW
