Has anyone found a way to create a disk image of Bubba?

As per the title really.
I use Clonezilla to create an image of each of my PCs once a month for easy restoring. I use rsync to back them up more regularly as well but an image gives a good starting point. I'd like to do the same for my B2.
Clonezilla is a live CD/USB app (i.e. you need to boot from the USB stick or CD).
There is a way of configuring it so that it enables SSH access. The theory is that I could boot the Bubba from a Clonezilla USB stick and SSH into it from my PC to create an image of the hard disk.
I don't know if Clonezilla will work though because of 1. the PPC architecture and 2. I have no idea what the BIOS of the B2 is like. Obviously it supports booting from Excito's own USB sticks so I'm hopeful on that front.
Anyway; nothing ventured, nothing gained so I'm going to give it a go.
