Wifi router problem

My question is a bit off-topic but Bubba2 is in the mix, so I decided to ask you folks.
I have Bubba2 connected in the "Scenario 2" way, serving as router, firewall and server. Connected to Bubba2 on the LAN side is my USR5461 wifi router. Bubba2 has DNS and DHCP servers enabled. USR5461 has these servers disabled. All my wired LAN devices and wifi LAN devices have full connectivity.
Everything was working fine until I noticed that I could not reach the router's admin page. I am using a PC on my wired LAN, trying to ping/http 192.168.2.1, with no response from the router.
In trying to resolve this, I performed a hard reset to "factory settings" on the USR5461 router. This knocked out my wifi configuration. Now no wifi devices can connect, although my wired LAN still works.
I still cannot ping or http the router at 192.168.2.1. Everything else appears normal.
Can you please tell me, is there a network configuration change I should make on my PC, in order to enable access to the router?
Or, should I remove Bubba2 from the network and plug my router into the cable-modem in the normal way? Perhaps Bubba2 DHCP/DNS conflict with the default settings of the USR5461?
Any advice or kind words are appreciated.
