Hi Rene,

From which operating system do you try to print? Windows, Linux Mac?

Hi again Rene,

This sounds like a driver problem or that we have problems with the converter.

Could you start by attaching the converter and printer to your PC and see if that works?

Hi again Rene,

As a further test, could you try to remove the configured printer on bubba and try adding it again using the native Cups web-interface? Should be reachable via http://bubba:631/ and you most likely should install the hpijs package http://packages.debian.org/etch/hpijs and move the whole print driver to bubba instead. (This is not an optimal solution) And then try printing a testpage from cups admin.

Hello tor,

It works now...i saw in cups that the wrong driver was automatically added, by changing it manually to the correct hp driver AND port it works now.

thx Rene
