lost all but admin page in web admin

Hi guys,
I updated to latest version and all looked good. Then rebooted and now all web pages are missing. No users page or any other pages, i.e. http://bubba2/admin/mail response from box, http 404 not found.
Any ideas as I do not know where to look and what to look for...

Fixed....Removed bubba front and backend. Reinstalled front and back..reboot.
apt-get install bubba-backend
apt-get install bubba-frontend
